Established as a joint venture between NXP Semiconductors and Beijing JianGuang Asset Management (JAC Capital), the company develops products for power conversion, motor control, energy infrastructure, industrial automation, renewable energy systems, electric vehicle charging, and consumer appliances.

Its portfolio includes SiC MOSFETs, IGBTs, thyristors, rectifiers, diodes, silicon-controlled rectifiers (SCRs), and power modules designed to deliver high efficiency, reliability, and robust performance in demanding power electronics applications.
